The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) and the WCB Act provide the legal framework for how personal information should be handled, and we adhere to all of their regulations. But more than that, we know that protecting confidential information is key to the survival of our business. We collect only the information we need to conduct our review and for the verification of recovered costs.

Typically there is no impact on the worker whatsoever.

Absolutely. We offer solutions based on your needs.

What does PRC get paid?
We are paid a percentage of recovered savings as confirmed on your assessment account.

How do we know the credit adjustments are correct?
We verify all documentation and reconcile the statements to ensure everything is as it should be. Our clients are given a complete accounting for all billings, complete with WCB reporting.

We are a busy company, what does PRC require of our time and resources?
We simply require the necessary paperwork to be filled out to start the process and the PRC Team takes it from there.
